Greg Wills

Heading up commercial property management is Greg Wills. Greg’s background in the property industry spans 15 years in both retail and commercial property management in Auckland, Wellington and Hamilton.

Greg has also been involved with the Hamilton Central Business Association since its inception as both a board member and Chairman of the Hamilton Central Business Association.

Greg is also a member of the Waikato Property Council and has been a past executive member. Greg’s previous background as an accountant gives him exceptional attention to detail, but further allows for a hands-on role liaising with a multitude of stakeholders.

He has an exceptional communicative ability with public speaking, addressing Boards, and remaining calm and rational in often stressful situations. He is well respected among the business community and is often asked for his opinion on various property and business related situations.

Greg is very approachable to everyone and is regarded as a leader within the business community.
